What is Partial COD?

Partial COD is a convenient payment method offered by PATOYS for its customers. With Partial COD, you can pay a partial amount of ₹999 upfront as an advance payment, and the remaining balance, along with COD charges, can be paid at the time of delivery.

Example:

Suppose the product cost is ₹999/-. The handling fee is either ₹40 or 2% of the product bill value, whichever is higher. So, in this case, the handling fee would be ₹40.

Why do I need to pay this advance?

The Partial COD system is implemented to ensure a better buying experience for our customers and to filter out non-serious buyers who may lead to significant losses in terms of courier charges. As a low-margin e-commerce website, this approach is necessary for us to maintain our business sustainability. Thus, the Partial COD system has been implemented on our website.

Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel the order after dispatch, and even if the shipment is returned for any reason, the shipping and handling fee (₹40.00 or 2% of the product bill value, whichever is higher) that you paid in advance will not be refundable.

Discount Coupons:

It is important to note that no discount coupons are valid for Partial COD orders. The advance payment amount remains fixed, regardless of any other ongoing discounts or Bank promotions.

How to Order through Partial COD:

To place an order using Partial COD, simply click on the "Pay Now" button below. This will take you to the secure payment getaway page, where you can pay the advance amount of ₹999 securely.

Payment Confirmation & Order Confirmation:

once you make the payment, It may take us 4-8 business hours or a maximum of 24 business hours (subject to weekends, government holidays, and local disasters) to create a Partial COD order our backend team manually and you will be notified via email, You can also track the order from the Account >> Orders section on our website (using your registered email address login your account) once it is created.

Delivery of Partial COD orders:

Delivery of Partial COD orders will take 6-10 business days. As per our Standard Shipping Policy

Partial COD Refund Policy : 

The refund on Partial COD orders is not applicable, After delivered the shipment and wehave recived the balance amount, You are eligible for our general returns and refund policy, and charges for returns are applicable.
