Please note that the warranty does not cover the battery. Batteries are consumables, and their lifespan can vary based on usage and charging patterns. However, we offer replacement batteries and guidance on proper care as part of our post-purchase support.

4. Paid Services for Misuse or Damage

Even if you haven’t purchased directly from PATOYS, we’re here to help. Our support team provides remote assistance for technical issues. If needed, we can arrange local technicians through our outsource vendors. This service is subject to vendor location and charges, confirmed upon vendor confirmation.

6. Important Information

• No Warranty or Replacement for Spare Parts: If a buyer orders by mistake and the order is approved by our support team, they must send back the product to our warehouse at their own cost. Once received, the part will be sent to the buyer, charging actual shipping costs.
• Missing Items: For missing items, the buyer needs to provide an unboxing video. After approval by our support team, the missing part will be sent to the buyer’s doorstep free of cost.
