Great Service by the Team. Thank You

Originally my kid’s car got damaged due to rain. I had to buy a new controller from the same website . Later I found out the music player, which had power & drive buttons did not work too. I had searched all over the internet for the same model ones. Since the music player was no longer in production, I had tried various units which did not work properly with the car. Finally PA Toys gave me the proper one now and my kid’s car is fixed and working well which was standing still since February 2024. Thanks PA Toys team for the good response and hence the review with full rating. Keep up the good work you have earned our respect.

Item returned but not received the correct item yet

I had returned wrong item which was delivered last month through order #2024044858. I haven't received the correct item nor a refund till date. Its been 1 month since I last heard from you. Received a different product. Would like to return

Received a different product. Does not work as intended. It starts to move as soon as set to drive without even touching the pedal. It stops as soon as the pedal is pushed. I would like to return it and please send me the same one as in the picture. The packing was good and received the product within 3 days of ordering. I have also bought a controller from your website it works fine.

Received a different product. Did not work as intended.

I received a different model. It powers on , no 12V charging pin. It drives itself once set to drive. Stops once after pressing the pedal until I restart again. Music player did not work. I would like to return my product. If possible send me the same sample as in the picture. But packing was good and I received the delivery within 3 days. I have also bought a controller from your website which works very good.
