1. Return Policy
We have a 2-day return policy. This means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as when you received it.
- Unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at help@patoys.in or click the chat button (Recommended) on our website. Returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.
2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with an unboxing video and images. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
- Custom or personalized items (e.g., special orders, wiring).
- Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids, gases).
- Items from the Replacement Parts category (e.g., remote controllers, circuit boards, switches, batteries).
- Petrol bikes, UTVs, ATVs, dirt bikes, and Go Pads.
- Sale items or gift cards.
4. Exchanges
To exchange an item:
- Request a return and send the item back to our warehouse using the provided shipping label.
- Ensure the return is delivered within 7 days and share the tracking details via WhatsApp support.
If the return is not received within 7 days, the claim window will close, and you will no longer be eligible for an exchange.
Note: Once an exchange is approved, you are not eligible for a cancellation or full refund. A partial refund will be processed, covering forward and reverse shipping costs and a 5% deduction for bank charges.
5. Refunds
If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at help@patoys.in or via WhatsApp.
6. Cancellation Policy
We have a 2-hour cancellation policy. You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellations are not allowed. after that A partial refund will be processed, covering forward and reverse shipping costs (If Applicable) and a 5% deduction for bank charges. In this case refund policy is applicable.
7. Returned to Origin (RTO)
If your order is marked as RTO (Returned to Origin), it means:
- Delivery was attempted multiple times but failed due to an incorrect address or no one being available.
- The address was incomplete or the pin code was wrong.
- You or someone at the delivery address refused to accept the order.
In such cases, a 5% bank charge and actual forward and return shipping costs will apply. PATOYS and our business partner are eligible for a partial refund.
