By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy. This document outlines the processes, charges, and terms regarding the shipping and delivery of your orders.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping services within India only. If your shipping address is located outside of India, please contact our customer support team to inquire about international shipping options.

2. Order Processing Time

Once your order is successfully placed on our website, we require 2 Business Days for processing. During this time, we will:

  • Verify your payment.
  • Review the order details.
  • Confirm the shipping address via WhatsApp bot (if applicable).
  • Prepare your items for shipment.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods

We collaborate with trusted shipping partners such as Delhivery and VRL Logistics to ensure the timely and secure delivery of your orders.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 6-10 business days.
  • Dirt Bikes, ATVs, and UTVs: These items are classified as hazardous materials (HAZMAT) and require a longer shipping time of 10-20 business days. A government-issued ID proof (Masked AADHAAR or PAN card) is required for logistics purposes.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can track your shipment through our website or directly on the carrier's website.

5. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 6-10 business days for standard items. However, the actual delivery time may vary due to factors such as:

  • Shipping method selected
  • Destination location
  • Weather conditions, customs delays, or unforeseen circumstances

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are based on the following factors:

  • Weight and dimensions of the package
  • Shipping method selected
  • Destination location

For items weighing between 0 to 0.499 kg, the standard shipping charge is Rs. 100. Free Shipping may be offered during promotional events like festivals or stock clearance sales.

7. Shipping Charge Refund Policy

You can receive a refund for shipping charges by following these steps:

  1. Post a video of the product on any social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, or our product page).
  2. Provide proof of the post via chat or email within 48-72 hours after receiving your order.
  3. Upon verification, we will refund the shipping charges to your original payment method.

8. Assembly Services

We offer assembly services at your doorstep for a nominal fee of Rs. 450. For complete details, please refer to our Customer Service.

9. Order Modifications

If you need to modify your order or change the shipping address after placing the order, please contact our customer support team or use the WhatsApp chatbot. Modifications may not be possible once the order has been shipped.

10. Damaged, Wrong, or Lost Shipments

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or open box, please follow these steps:

  1. Inspect the Package: Before accepting the delivery, check the condition of the package. If the box is open or damaged, you can still receive it from the logistics partner.
  2. Mention on POD: Clearly mention the issue (e.g., "Open Box" or "Damaged Box") on the Proof of Delivery (POD) with your remarks.
  3. Notify Us: Notify us immediately and provide an unboxing video within 48 hours of receiving the order. This video will help us resolve the issue quickly.
  4. Resolution: We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund if necessary.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will assist you in tracking it down or arranging a replacement.

11. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. For any updates regarding international shipping, please contact our customer support team.
